Paul's Philosophy
My philosophy is simple: get stronger, both physically and mentally. This is for the betterment of a life you can lead without the reliance on others and can help you live a better, longer life. I believe physical strength has a direct impact on mental strength and mental health.
Training can be challenging (particularly with me... ha), and sometimes it can be punishing, but working through those challenges is how we make progress. Through progressive overload and consistent training, we build strength that carries over into everyday life and helps you stay capable as you get older.
I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to training. Every person is different, so I tailor training to the individual. Whether you're completely new to exercise, looking to lose weight, working around limitations, or pursuing a specific goal, I will research what you need and, when necessary, do the training myself before asking you to do it.
My goal is simple: make you stronger, so you can live stronger.
